캐나다에 거주하는 아시아계 이민자 부모 부부의 양육 경험과 부모 역할에 대한 인식

■ 참여 대상
다음 조건을 모두 충족하는 이민자 부부

• 만 18세 이후 캐나다로 이주한 부부

• 캐나다 시민권자 또는 영주권자

• 캐나다 거주 기간 3년 이상

• 함께 거주하며 12–18세 자녀를 양육 중인 부부

• 동아시아, 동남아시아 또는 남아시아 문화적 배경을 가진 가정

• 기본적인 영어 의사소통 가능

[Participant Recruitment Notice] Parenting Research Study

The Department of Psychology at the University of Victoria is conducting a doctoral research study on parenting confidence among Asian immigrant parent couples in Canada. We would like to share this opportunity with families in the community who may be interested in participating.

Study Overview
This study invites immigrant couples to participate in interviews to share their parenting experiences and perspectives while raising children in Canada. The findings aim to help inform services and supports for immigrant families in Canada.

Eligibility Criteria
Immigrant couples may be eligible to participate if both partners:

• Moved to Canada after the age of 18

• Are Canadian citizens or permanent residents

• Have lived in Canada for 3 years or more

• Live together and are raising a child aged 12–18

• Have cultural heritage in East, Southeast, or South Asia

• Have basic English communication skills

Honorarium
Participating couples will receive a $50 honorarium.
